YEAR 6 – PROPOSED VISIT TO CAMPAIGN LASER TAG PARK, COBHAM – MONDAY 13TH JULY 2020
Year 6 are planning an exciting visit to Campaign Laser Park in Cobham for their end of year trip. The group will travel by coach. The children will start with a safety speech and then split into teams to play approximately 5-7 games of Laser Tag. The venue is in the heart of the Surrey countryside and has 10 purpose built Paintballing and Laser Tag zones with film props including a cowboy town, military vehicles, a 30ft ‘Zombie’ tower, jungle scenes and WW1 trenches.
We are planning this visit for Monday 13th July 2020, and have made a provisional booking which we will confirm if we have sufficient interest.
The approximate cost of the trip, per child has been calculated at £33.77 which consists of two parts: the charge for entry/activity per child is £24.95. and the travel costs are estimated at £8.82. The requested contribution covers the cost of one child and does not include a subsidy for children whose parents are unable to make a full contribution. Under the 1996 Education Act we are only allowed to request contributions for the actual cost for each pupil.
Parent/carers of children who are in receipt of certain benefits, or have ever been in receipt of
them, may apply for assistance with the cost of the trip to Mrs Baldock email@example.com.
We will require a high number of children to take up this opportunity or the trip will not go ahead.
All replies should be received by Friday 13th March 2020 at the latest as we have to urgently confirm our booking.
If you would like to be considered as a parent helper for this trip please indicate this when completing the form.
