Nursery Application Form 2024-2025

To apply for a place for your child in our Nursery from September 2024 you should complete this form here. The deadline for applications is Friday 12th January 2024. We accept children who will turn 3 years old between September 2023 and August 2024.

Priority is given to children with siblings attending Woodcote Primary at the same time, children who are looked after by a Local Authority or children who have an EHCP.

Our nursery timings for the morning session runs from 9.00am to 12 noon and the children are expected to attend all five mornings.

You may have the opportunity of applying for an additional 15 hours of Government funded childcare. Further information will be sent to you if you are offered a place. If you are not entitled under the Government scheme, you may be able to pay for these afternoon sessions.

Please indicate on the application form if you are interested in the day care sessions, and we will give you more information if your child is successful in being offered a place in the Nursery.

Notification of places will be given by March 2024.
